• Your schedule form and photo check list must be completed and returned to us at least one month in advance. These forms can be found on our website.
• If there are specific photographic styles that you wish your photographer to utilize, please collect samples of these photos so that you can discuss this when you meet with them.
• Clients who have an engagement session should schedule their date at least a month in advance. If forecast calls for inclement weather we recommend rescheduling to another day.
• If you wish to have your album and video ready as soon as possible, it is imperative that you confirm all processing aspects such as the album layout and music selection in a timely manner.
• Please make sure that our customer service department has your most current contact information, especially if there are changes from before and after your wedding.

We provide 2 sign board options. If you would like a sign board that allows people to sign on your image you should opt for the white board.
The white board provides a white border around your image for your guests to sign. A white board provides an image size of 14 x 20 with a surrounding white border for a total sign board size of 20 x 30. If you would like just your image without a white border, you should opt for our regular board which provides a total image/board size of 20 x 30.
