Reward program started in October of 2009. If your friend booked with Duet on or after October 1st of 2009, she or he will receive a survey by the end of the month that they booked with Duet. On the survey, we ask referral information. The couple has to reply back to the survey with this information. We contact the couple on the survey form with reward points. We can re-send a survey form if your friend did not receive one. Please contact sue@duetwedding.com with newly booked couple's infomraton. We will re-send a survey at the end of this month if they have not received one when they booked with Duet.

How do we receive reward points? I referred a friend to Duet, and when she booked, she gave my name. However, I have not received any points. How many points should I receive and how long will it take to show up in my account?
