The Design Fee has to be paid upfront meaning even if you decide not to order the enlargement, the fee is not refundable. The fee covers for the time that the designer spends to create the layout.

Hi,
I had asked if you could put more than one picture on a enlargement and you answered me, however I am a little confused. You said I would be charged a $50 design fee and then the chg of the enlargement. You said the fee has to be paid at the time of the order. This is my question: Of cause I wouldn't order it until I see the layout, so does that mean I don't have to pay the fee unless I am happy with the layout and then order it.
