The images on the disc are printable high resolution images. You should not have any problem printing up to 20x30 size image. We can check the disc for you but please try printing from different place to make sure the place you are using can not open the disc due to file size.

I am trying to make prints of my engage ment pictures and everytime i try to make a picture larger then 5x7 it says i cannot because of the resolution. how can i make these prints
